Fly lines are the reason anglers can present lightweight flies to numerous species of fish in near endless locations, weather conditions, and depths.  Chris Johnson is a member of the Scientific Anglers Pro Team, a FFI Certified Casting Instructor, and is nearing two decades as a fly shop owner.  As a result, he has learned a thing or two about fly lines and even designed his very own line through Scientific Anglers - the Texas Taper!  Many anglers struggle to correctly pair a fly line to a fly rod.  Oddly enough, just matching the line and rod weight doesn’t always work.  Chris will walk you through a wide array of Scientific Anglers floating and sinking lines.
